Farewell rhubarb

Throughout Spring our love of rhubarb has evolved into this little beauty...an anise, ricotta & rhubarb crumble cupcake.


Vanilla filled with blackcurrant curd, vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and a damson pastille star

Vanilla filled with sour cherry and a white chocolate buttercream 


We're now in the swing of the bumper summer fruit season and we're making the most of the fresh fruity flavours with lemon & gooseberry with red currants, fresh raspberry and white chocolate, fresh cherry brownies and rosy rhubarb. 

 And of course, the classic old fashioned chocolate, for those who like it dark.
